Before any service, a Consent Form must be reviewed before you sign.

Please arrive on time, but no more than 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and additional charges may apply.​

Arrive makeup-free, without face oil, sunscreen, or contact lenses. Avoid caffeine before your appointment. For further details, please refer to the FAQ page under "What to Expect".

SERVICE PAYMENT

A deposit is required to secure bookings, refundable with 24+ hours’ notice.

Payment Options: Cash, E-Transfer, Credit/Debit, PayPal, Google/Apple Pay, Sheer Lash eGift Cards. Payment due after service (unless prepaid), plus applicable taxes.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW FEES

24-Hour Notice or More: Full refund of deposit/payment if canceled 24+ hours in advance.

Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): 50% of service cost, plus applicable taxes. Your booking deposit will go toward this charge.

No-Shows: 100% of service cost, plus applicable taxes. Your booking deposit will go toward this charge.

Frequent Appointment Changes: After two late cancellations/no-shows, a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the service charge is required for future bookings via a pay link.

HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES​​

Feeling Sick? Kindly reschedule your appointment—masks do not exempt this policy. Arriving unwell will result in a last-minute cancellation.

Allergies/Sensitivities: New clients should book a Patch Test (4+ days prior). Refunds are not offered for allergic reactions.

RETENTION & FILLS

Retention Issues? Please report any concerns within 48 hours of your appointment for an assessment. After that, fees may apply.

Fill Policy: Less than 40% remaining is considered a full set.

Foreign Fills: Evaluated case-by-case; extra charges may apply.

REFUNDS​

No refunds for completed services. If you’re not 100% satisfied, please reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll work together to resolve any issues!

AFTER-HOURS & STAT HOLIDAYS REQUESTS

A $35 fee, plus applicable taxes, and a non-refundable deposit of 50%-100%, depending on the nature of the request, are required. The deposit is to be made via e-transfer or pay link. Availability is limited but not guaranteed.

Statutory Holidays: If open, no after-hours fee applies. If closed, the requirements outlined above will apply.
